Chris joined Cobalt as a Partner in January 2007, bringing extensive experience in mid-market M&A.

Chris was previously a Corporate Finance Partner in Deloitte where he was Global Head for Technology Media and Telecoms. Chris spent 10 years leading transactions and international teams at Deloitte and Andersen and prior to that held CFO and Business Development roles at acquisitive groups such as Misys plc.

In recent years Chris has lead a variety of TMT transactions of varying sizes ranging from smaller transactions such as the $15m sale of Cartesian to TMNG Global, to larger transactions including the $206m sale of Vivista to Sungard, and the $649m sale of Singlepoint to Vodafone.

Over his career Chris has led over 50 transactions in the Technology Media and Telecoms sectors, and participated in and advised upon many more sales, acquisitions and private equity backed transactions.
