Andy is a Corporate Finance partner with over 20 years experience and leads the UK Technology and Telecoms team at PricewaterhouseCoopers. He is also a key member of PwC's global TMT group.

Andy has extensive M&A experience, with particular expertise in dealing with fast growing technology businesses, multi-national corporations and venture capital backed companies.

Recent transactions on which Andy has advised include the sale of Siemens Managed Network Services business to Kelso Place Capital, the acquisition of Digica for Computacenter, the sales of Servo Computer Services and NDR to Phoenix IT Group and the sale of IDS Enterprice Systems to IBS AB.
