![]() David McCullochExecutive Vice PresidentText 100 Public Relations david.mcculloch@text100.co.uk Located in San Francisco, David oversees business development strategy worldwide for Text 100, one of the world's largest specialist technology public relations agencies. He combines his sales and marketing responsibilities with a hands-on role directing the communications programs of Text 100's Silicon Valley client base. During the course of his fourteen-year career in public relations, David has driven communications programs in Europe and the USA for leading technology brands including Cisco, IBM, Novell, NTT Communications, NXP Semiconductors, Philips and Xerox. David's blue chip experience also includes oversight of agency-side communications for Barclays Bank and PricewaterhouseCoopers. David specializes in the management of international PR programs and the development of corporate messaging and communications platforms. His accomplishments include leading the multi-award winning global re-launch of Philips Semiconductors as NXP; driving strategy for the launch of IBM's storage software business unit; the European launch of PricewaterhouseCoopers first business aimed at tech start-ups; the creation of corporate messaging platforms for Brocade Communications, Cisco and NTT Communications, and the award-winning launches of Silicon Valley start-ups BlueArc Corporation and Riverbed Technology. Prior to his current role, David was Vice President of Text 100's US business development operations. He served as General Manager of Text 100's Silicon Valley office from 2001-2003 and was a leader of Text 100's UK business, based in London, from 1997 to 2001. Today, David is a regular speaker on the subject of globalizing communications, particularly with regard to the dramatically evolving worldwide media landscape. Prior to Text 100, David spent half a decade in the engineering industry with communications consultancy Taylor Alden. He began his career in communications with the Gillette Corporation in London.
