 Vincent Grimaldi de PugetManaging Director Vincent Grimaldi de Puget is Managing Director at Go4Venture, a London-based pan-European M&A boutique focused on technology. In either an advisory or a principal capacity, he has been involved in private equity and venture capital investing since 1992. Mr. Grimaldi started his financial career with Price Waterhouse in London. After the fall of the Berlin Wall, he then launched Investco (Prague), the first Eastern European arm of financial group KBC, and was a founder of the Czech Venture Capital Association. On the operations side, after a stint with Toyota in Tokyo, he joined Ford Motor's headquarters in Detroit to lead and implement such growth strategies as Ford Investment Enterprises and Aston Martin's successful turnaround. In New York, Mr. Grimaldi was a partner at Grifin Partners, a corporate finance boutique focused on the TMT industry, and a founder of First Tuesday of New York. Mr. Grimaldi holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and has been a faculty member at US and European graduate business schools for many years.
